Refund policy
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/invoice for proof of purchase. It is the customers resonsibility for payment of the return postage unless the item was delivered by Ten4 Tracks within the selected delivery radius, in which case Ten4 Tracks will provide details for your return in the returns and refund claim email.

You must provide: Full Name, date of purchase, invoice/purchase number, reason for return and any photos required for the refund. Failure to provide any requested information may cause your refund to be denied.
If your return and refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. You must provide clear images of the damaged or wrong items and if we believe the damage is from misuse the claim may be denied.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Spin Master 1:24 Supercross Racer toys are selected at random, these are not eligible for return and refund if the sent item is the incorrect selection. If multiple Spin Master 1:24 Supercross Racer toys are purchased in the same order every effort will be made to provide different selections but dependant on stock levels.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return and refund the item you have, and once the return and refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item (Excluding Spin Master 1:24 Supercross Racer toys). If the wrong item is purchased and an exchange is required you must contact ten4tracks@gmail.com within 24hrs, notify the reason and include your name, the invoice/purchase number, reason for exchange. In some circumstances a refund will be applied and re-purchase required by the customer.
Expected postage times and/or delays
At times Australia Post may delay or withhold items for various reasons. If your parcel has not been delivered in a timely manner as indicated when completing check out please first contact Australia Post or visit their website with your tracking number to confirm delivery. Once our parcel is with Australia Post it is out of our hands but we will do our best in assisting you with your issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
